Return Policy
Time period:
You have the option to return your order if you receive something different, damaged, or defective within a specified return period. All you have to do is raise a return request by emailing us at customercare@balenzia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and ensure that the product packaging, labels & tags are not tampered with.

You have the option to return your order if you receive something different, damaged, or defective within a specified return period. Please note that we do not refund the Shipping or COD charges incurred by you and we will not initiate the refund if we receive a damaged, defective, used product without tags, labels, and original packaging.
Payment:
For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via the same payment method. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund will be initiated once the product is received by us.
For COD orders, we will send a cheque to the billing address within 10-15 business days. The refund will be initiated once the product is received by us.
Conditions:
We will not be accepting returns if
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- It’s returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, packaging, etc.
- The product is used or altered.
- The request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
- The returned product fails our Quality Check.
