SocksXpress only ships within India (for now).

Your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days throughout India once it’s confirmed.However, there’s a slight chance of the delivery period extending to 10 days depending on your exact location in India.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

You have the option to return your order if you receive something different, damaged, or defective within a specified return period. All you have to do is raise a return request by emailing us at customercare@socksxpress.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and ensure that the product packaging, labels & tags are not tampered with.

Once you email us, we will ask you to share the product's images for verification. The return process will be initiated after the verification. After we receive the product in our warehouse, we will do a quality check and initiate a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not refund the Shipping or COD charges incurred by you and we will not initiate the refund if we receive a damaged, defective, used product without tags, labels, and original packaging.

For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via the same payment method. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund will be initiated once the product is received by us.

For COD orders, we will send a cheque to the billing address within 10-15 business days. The refund will be initiated once the product is received by us.

Conditions:

We will not be accepting returns if

• The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

• It’s returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, packaging, etc.

• The product is used or altered.

• The request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.

• The returned product fails our Quality Check.
